"Needing to sell our aunt's home, so she could be closer to us. I placed a call to Safari Realty slightly over a year ago. Their office is just down the street from my Aunt's home. We agreed to a date to meet on Quinlan Ave. and have Ted tour the house. A meeting I expected to last thirty minutes ended up being three hours. We talked business, life and expectations, all while voiding the house of clutter and memories. Ted listened to the stories and we listened to Ted's suggestions. Emails and phone calls over the next week gave us a great deal of information and a listing was signed.
